Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and CrewKeel (“CrewKeel,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using CrewKeel — including our website, apps, and marketplace — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using CrewKeel on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CrewKeel.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CrewKeel. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

3. Payments and fees

CrewKeel offers paid subscription plans and facilitates payments between contractors and their customers through third-party payment processors. Subscription fees, transaction fees, and payout terms are described at the point of purchase and in your account. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable period unless stated otherwise.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for amounts you owe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of CrewKeel. We may change our fees on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use CrewKeel only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access data you are not authorized to access, upload malware, scrape without permission, or use CrewKeel to send spam or to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You are responsible for the content and information you submit, and for your interactions and dealings with other users. Contractors are solely responsible for the work they perform and for complying with the licensing, insurance, and legal requirements that apply to their trade and location.

5. Disclaimers

CrewKeel is a platform that connects contractors and customers and provides tools to run a trades business. We do not perform the work listed on the marketplace and are not a party to the agreements between contractors and their customers.

CrewKeel is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewKeel and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of CrewKeel after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
