Marketplace leads

When you close work from a CrewKeel-sourced lead, a 10% revenue share applies to that first job only. Never on your own customers.

How does this compare to Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Solo at $29 a month undercuts most entry plans, and Crew at $99 includes dispatch, payouts, and branded documents that competitors often gate behind their top tier. Unlike them, CrewKeel also brings you work through the marketplace, so the software can pay for itself.
Why is there a marketplace fee?
The 10% revenue share only applies to the first job from a lead CrewKeel sent you, work you would not have had otherwise. It never applies to your own customers or repeat work, and Shop waives the platform fee on transactions entirely.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start a free trial without a card. You only enter billing details if you decide to keep a paid plan after the trial.
What if I am a solo handyman?
Solo is built for you: one user, full CRM, estimates, invoicing, scheduling, payments, and a marketplace listing, for $29 a month billed annually.
Can I switch plans or add users later?
Any time. Upgrade, downgrade, or add seats from settings. Crew and Shop add users at $19 each per month, prorated.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing is about 25% cheaper than month to month: Solo is $29 versus $39, Crew is $99 versus $129, and Shop is $249 versus $299 per month.
